The platform fee and the event deal are not the same thing.

Curbora platform fee

Organizers pay 5%.

The organizer pays Curbora 5% of the agreed booking value, subject to a $62.50 minimum, for the marketplace workflow around a confirmed booking.

Event commercial terms

Each event can have its own deal.

An organizer may select commercial terms such as a vendor fee, catering amount, or attendee-pay arrangement. Food truck owners see those terms before they apply or accept an invitation.

A vendor fee, if selected, is paid by the truck to the organizer—not to Curbora.
A catering amount is an organizer-to-truck commercial term—not a Curbora charge.
Curbora records the terms; it does not collect those event commercial payments.

Do food truck owners pay Curbora a platform fee?

No. Food truck owners can join, create a profile, and use Curbora without a subscription, listing fee, or Curbora booking commission.

Can a food truck still owe an organizer a vendor fee?

Yes, if an organizer selects that commercial structure for an event. That is an event-specific agreement between the truck and organizer, not a Curbora platform charge.

Does Curbora collect event commercial payments?

No. Curbora records the selected commercial terms so both sides can review them; it does not collect those event commercial payments.

When is the Curbora organizer fee available?

The organizer’s fee Checkout is available while the booking is confirmed. The booking workspace shows the calculated fee and its minimum before payment.
